Delivery policy

We understand how important your orders are, and we remain committed to delivering them as quickly and securely as possible. Our delivery service covers all of Bangladesh, and we proudly offer home delivery for our customers’ convenience.

We strive to provide the best delivery experience, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition. Our delivery timelines are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 4 days
• Dhaka Subareas: Delivery within 4–7 days
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 7 days

Customers also have the option to collect their products from the nearest local courier office if that is more convenient.

To maintain a smooth delivery process, we have a policy regarding failed deliveries. If a customer has three failed delivery attempts without a valid reason, they will no longer be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD).
