Conditions for Returns
We do offer a return policy, but it comes with certain conditions to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone.
- Customers must inform us immediately after receiving the product if they wish to return it, along with a valid reason for the return.
- Not all items are eligible for return. Some products, such as medical accessories (e.g., opened strips), are non-returnable once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
- The returned item must be:
- Undamaged, unwashed, and in flawless condition
- Accompanied by all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, receipts, and any included accessories
- Packed in the manufacturer’s original, undamaged packaging or box
- Undamaged, unwashed, and in flawless condition
Please ensure all conditions are met to qualify for a successful return.
For claims
Any claims for damage must be made in the presence of the delivery person or the courier office employees. Claims made afterward will not be considered.
For every item, customers are required to provide an unboxing video where the product, packaging, and invoice are visible. This is necessary for both internal and external investigations.
Refund Process:
If, after investigation, the issue is found to be our fault, we will issue a refund within 7 to 15 working days.
